it's not easy to do the right way, the right approach again to the person whom you've hurt many times... but for you to let him/her understand that you're very sorry for all your wrong doings, set an appointment for you to make some talks, 'coz even though action speaks louder than voice... voice can assure you one thing, and that is TO CHANGE THAT WRONG ACTIONS...
