understanding, forgiveness, acceptance

AS I NOTICE THERE IS THREE PROCESS IN CURING ONE'S EMOTIONAL PAIN... FIRST IS UNDERSTANDING, WE SHOULD UNDERSTAND FIRST WHY WE ARE CRYING OR WHY WE HAVE THIS KIND OF PROBLEM... SECOND PROCESS IS FORGIVENESS, WE SHOULD BE HUMBLE ENOUGH AND REMOVE THE PRIDE IN OUR ACTION SO THAT WE CAN FORGIVE THEM OR OURSELF BECAUSE SOMETIMES WE ARE THE ONE WHO KEEPS ON HURTING OURSELF... THE LAST PROCESS IS ACCEPTANCE, WE SHOULD ACCEPT ALL THE THINGS THAT HAPPENS IN OUR LIFE EVEN THOUGHT IT'S GOOD OR BAD CAUSE ACCEPTING IS THE MOST POWERFUL PROCESS AND ACTION IN LIVING... THIS PROCESS SHOULD APPLY EVEN THOUGH IT'S HARD CAUSE ThAt"S LiFe...
